Parasailing in Batu Feringhi, Penang

Wondering what to do in Penang.

Why not go for a parasailing at Batu Feringhi Beach.   I am not sure how much the operator charge you but it something that you don't want to miss when in Penang.

It's water and air activity, the parachute is tied to a boat and once you're ready the boat rider will pull you up to air.

The ride will takes about 3- 5 minutes and you will have a good bird eye view of Batu Feringhi beach and it's vicinity.

Just remember to pull the parachute correctly during your landing. Something that I might want to try myself on my next trip to Batu Feringhi, Penang.

Trishaw Penang

Trishaw Penang
Conny in Penang, originally uploaded by niklens.

Cute photo of a girl in Penang Trishaw, nicely decorated.

Trishaw is human-powered, a type of tricycle designed to carry passengers in addition to the driver. Often used for hire basis.

Last time most of the cities in Malaysia, had trishaw services. Due to lack of demand and competition from other mode of transportation it has been replaced with taxis and bus service.

However, trishaw service still exist in Penang and Melaka, where you could take a ride for couple of buck and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the cities.
